Partnership types for all organizations

Find your perfect partnership fit. We know every organization is unique. We offer three distinct partnership tracks so you can choose the level of engagement that best aligns with your specific goals, values, and capacity.

Mission Partner: Designed for nonprofits whose core mission and organizational values deeply align with our faith-based focus on housing, food, and basic human needs. This track offers our most comprehensive level of funding and support.

Program Partner: Designed for organizations that may have a broader overall scope, but operate specific programs that align with our focus areas. If you run a dedicated initiative to serve neighbors in need, this track is for you.

Donation Partner: Open to any organization—large or small, nonprofit or for-profit. This track is built for community groups looking to make a local impact primarily by hosting clothing drives, setting up collection bins, and generating donation support.

What to Expect (The Onboarding Process)

Once you submit your interest form, we follow a clear, supportive process designed to ensure strong alignment and set your organization up for success. Here is what happens next:

Welcome & Introductory Conversation
We will schedule a brief introductory conversation to learn more about your organization's mission and explore how a CommunityAid partnership can support your goals.

Organizational Assessment
Together, we will review your specific programs and operational needs so we can match you with the partnership track and resources that serve you best.

Partnership Initiation
You will receive a welcome email granting you access to the Partner Portal, your unique partner number, and the simple next steps to set up your account.

Partnership Activation
Once your final details are squared away, your partnership becomes officially active! You will gain immediate access to your full suite of program benefits.

Partnership Kickoff Meeting
To ensure your team feels confident and supported, we will host a kickoff meeting to answer your questions, walk through your new resources, and officially launch our partnership!
